What is the criteria for joining?
Criteria 1
Age
Are you under 45 years old?
Criteria 2
Title
Is your job title CEO, Chairperson of the Board, Managing Director, Managing Partner, or Equivalent title?
Criteria 3
No. of Employees
Has your company 50 Full-Time Employees or
15 employees with a wage bill of £1.8m?
Criteria 4
Minimum Turnover
Are you a Sales, Service, Manufacturing company with a turnover of £12m, or an Agency with £9.5m turnover?
